Rashtriya Indian Military College (RIMC) is located at
Dehradun,
Uttaranchal. The college is managed by the Government of India and is administrated by the Union Ministry of Defence. The main aim of the college is to train students for getting admission in National Defence Academy (NDA/NAVAC). Classes are provided up to the higher secondary level.
The college campus extends to an area of about 138 acre with modern amenities. Various sports facilities including golf, firing ranges, boxing ring, cricket pitch, and swimming pool are provided. Riding, parasailing, mountaineering, martial arts, rafting, angling, and shooting are the adventurous games available. The school houses a well-stocked library, fully-furnished laboratories, bank, café, and a medical centre providing specialist medical care.
