Rashtra Sevika Samiti is a cultural organization of Hindu women, with branches spread across the country. It has its headquarters at
Wardha in
Maharashtra. It was established in 1936 with an aim to create awareness among women about their cultural and social responsibilities.
The Samiti imparts training to women. It focuses on the physical, intellectual and spiritual development of women through training camps. Various functions and programs, and state level and national level conferences are organized every year of varying durations through out the country.
The Samiti also participates in many charitable activities. It also runs schools and hostels for girls, hostels for children of leprosy patients, vocational training centers, counseling centers, libraries and tuition classes.
Rashtra Sevika Samiti has over 3,500 branches in the country.
