Rajegaon is located in Balaghat District of Madhya Pradesh. It lies on the confluence of Bagh and Deo rivers. It lies in the southern part of the district and is about 12 km west of Kirnapur.

Nearest airport is at Nagpur. Gondiya Junction Railway Station is the nearest major railhead.
