Rajauna is located in
Lakhisarai District of
Bihar. It is around 5 km from
Lakhisarai.
It is the erstwhile capital of Indradaman, the last emperor of Pals Kingdom. Even today ruins of the past glory can be seen here. Hieun Tsang, a Chinese monk who visited India around 630, described it as a sacred place of Buddhists. Ashok Dham is a pilgrim spot nearby.
