Rajasthan Tourism Development Corporation (RTDC) provides essential travel services. It was started in 1978 and incorporated as a private limited company under the Indian Companies Act, 1956.
Hotel Reservation, tourist assistance, travel bureaus, innovative package tours and guided city sight seeing tours are the main services. RTDC operates a chain of reasonably priced and comfortable hotels. Hotel Lake Palace, Hotel Swagatam and Hotel Paniharin are the main hotels managed by RTDC.
RTDC follows a pragmatic policy designed to ensure optimum utilization of the rich tourism resources of the state. It aims to establish, develop and execute projects and schemes that accelerate the tourism industry in the state.
