Raigad Military School and Junior College is located at Achaloli, in
Raigad district,
Maharashtra. The Military school was inaugurated in 1990 and the junior college in June 1993. The school is affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE),
New Delhi. Classes up to the XII standard are provided.
The main aim of the school is to develop discipline and basic values in students. Defence oriented learning is also provided for securing admission in the National Defence Academy. Various extra-curricular activities are conducted to develop the hidden talents of the students.
