Started in 1986, R V S College of Arts and Science is the first self financing college under the
Bharathiar University. It offers under graduate, post graduate, research and evening courses. Laboratories and library facilities are also available. Admissions are done as per rules and regulations set up by the Govt of
Tamil Nadu.
