Putiruni

Located in Lahaul and Spiti District, Putiruni is a scenic locale 5 km south of Chhota Dara. It lies on the Manali–Chandra Tal Lake-Sara Umga Pass trekking route in Lahaul Valley.

Chandra River flows through the area and Perad Glacier is about one km away. Other attractions in the neighborhood are Indrasan Peak, Gepang Goh Peak, Chandra Tal, Mulkila Peak, Kibber Sanctuary, Chhota Shigri Glacier, Kye Monastery, Bara Shigri Glacier and Kunzum Pass.

Kullu Manali Airport and Shimla Railway Station are the nearest airport and railhead respectively.
