Purfi Pass (Purfi La) is situated at an altitude of about 3,950 m in the
Leh District of
Jammu and Kashmir. The pass is an ideal base for trekking. The pass gives a magnificent view of the
Ladakh and
Zanskar ranges. The pass opens to the Zanskar Valley and descends to Uma Chhu (a stream), which serves as a boundary between Zanskar and Ladakh. Hanumi is another nearby pass.
