Punnagathi
Kizhi is a special Ayurvedic treatment for arthritic problems. In this treatment, a massage is done for 60 minutes with small muslin cloth bags filled with special fresh Ayurvedic herbs. The bundles are warmed in a pan filled with hot medicated oil.
