Pulayer Purappadu

Pulayer Purappadu is the seventh day festival of Sarkara Kaliyoot at Sarkara Devi Temple. The main performer in this festival is usually from a working class group of Kerala. In this festival, the harijans are imagined as the spirits of Lord Shiva.
