Positra Port is near the intermediate port of
Okha and at the entrance of Gulf of Kutch. With a natural protection from south-west monsoon conditions, Positar -I consists of a modern container port at the historic Dwarka Bey Island with 12 m draft. Positra-II is a petroleum and coal port with a draft of 18 m. The nearest railway broad gauge link is 15 km from the port.
