Founded in 1981, Poona College of Pharmacy is the pioneer educational institution in the
University of Pune. It is a constituent college of Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University and is recognized by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and Pharmacy Council of India (PCI).
The college offers B Pharm (Bachelor of Pharmacy), M Pharm (Master of Pharmacy), Ph D (Doctrine of Philosophy) and B Sc course in bio-medical techniques. On-line training in drug manufacturing is also provided.
The college has well equipped infrastructure to meet the requirement of students. Separate hostels for boys and girls and guest house facilities are available.
