Pilerne Lake is a small rectangular lake at Pilerne in North Goa District of Goa. Surrounded by a well- preserved evergreen forest, it is an ideal destination for bird watchers. There is a healthy population of different water birds such as red-wattled lapwing, white-browed wagtail, moorhen, stork-billed kingfisher and male painted snipe.
