Peth

Peth lies to the north-east of Karjat, on the north-eastern boundary of Raigad District which it shares with Pune District. Bhivpuri is situated south-west of Peth. Nethersole lies south-east on the other side of the border.

Nethersole Dam, Phansad Wildlife Sanctuary, the hills stations of Lonavala, Khandala and Kamshet, and Rajmachi Fort are popular tourist sites around.

Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport and Pune Lohegaon Airport serve Peth.
