Payyanur Sanskrit College

Payyanur Sanskrit College is the only regional center of Kaladi Sree Sankaracharya University of Sanskrit in North Malabar. Established in 1995, the centre is situated in a temporary building close to the Sree Subramanya Swamy Temple in Payyanur.

The college offers bachelors and masters degrees in Sanskrit, Hindi, Malayalam and history. Certificate course in Kannada language and masters degree in social works are also here.
