Patanjala Yogashala is a yoga research institute, located at Bramatantra Parakala Mutt, a large temple situated next to the Jaganmohan palace art gallery,
Mysore. The institute offers a variety of courses in Yoga. BNS Iyengar, a well-respected Ashtanga practitioner, holds daily classes in the institute.
The Yogashala is open from 06:00 to 08:00 hrs and 17:00 to 19:00 hrs on all days except on new moon and full moon days.
