Pashan Tala

Pashan Tala is a sacred place situated at Kalna in Bardhaman District.

Folklore has it that once three daughters of a priest were coming back after taking bath. On the way, they were chased by some miscreants. They prayed to Goddess Jaychandi and the miscreants were turned into stone.

The spot became a worship place of Goddess Jaychandi. On the last day of Baisakhi, celebrations are held here.
