Parner is a taluk headquarters situated 12 km north-west of Supe, in Ahmednagar District. Wadjhire is 11 km north-west and Nighoj is towards the west. Ahmednagar - the district headquarters - is 34 km north-east, while Pune is 80 km south-west. Pune Lohegaon Airport and Sarola Railway Station serve Parner.
