Parampura

Parampura is a village in Srinagar District of Jammu and Kashmir. It is within a kilometer from Shalateng. Gagarzu bounds it in the north, Baghwanpur in the east and Barthana in the south. Located at a height of 5,127 ft, it is an ideal base for the adventure enthusiasts who are on their trail to the Great Himalayas.

By road, Parampura is accessible from Srinagar – the district headquarters. Udhampur Railway Station, served by Northern Railways, is the nearest railway station.
