Panchayat Association Hall is situated opposite to Jawahar Balbhavan at Vellayambalam in
Thiruvananthapuram. It is under the administration of Panchayat Presidents Association Ex Committee.
The hall, with a capacity of 800 people, is available for all kinds of functions such as meetings, conferences and seminars. The dining hall can admit 200 persons at a time. Kitchen facilities are also available.
