Pali lies 7 km south-west of Hathkamba, in Ratnagiri District. It lies at the intersection of National Highways 17 and 204, and is about 20 km north of Lanja. Ratnagiri, the district headquarters, is around 10 km west of Pali.
Dhudhavane Tiwari Waterfall, Bhatya Beach, Bhagavati Beach, Rajiwada Bunder and Vali waterfalls are tourist spots nearby.
