Pakku




Pakku is a typical mutton curry of Sikkim. In this recipe, marinated mutton pieces with ginger paste, dry coriander, cumin seeds, chopped onion, nutmeg powder, turmeric powder and salt are fried in oil for an hour in low heat. It is usually served with cooked rice or Saelroti.
