Situated at an altitude of 3,440 ft above sea level, Nowboicha is a small hilly village in the Lakhimpur District of Assam. It is surrounded by Arunachal Pradesh in the north, Luti channel in the south, Ranga Nadi in the east and Pabha River in the west. Nowboicha is about 15 km from North Lakhimpur.
North Lakhimpur Railway Station is the nearest railhead.
