Noora is a typical folk song of Gujjar tribes of
Rajouri District, in
Jammu and Kashmir. The folk song explains the life history of Noora. Noora was the Gujjar chief of Gursai who was ditched by his own servant namely ‘Mitha’ and brutally killed by his opponents.
