Nonbu Kozhukattai




Nonbu Kozhukattai is a special dish made on Karadaiyan Nonbu in March-April by women in Tamil Nadu. The dish is offered to the deity to pray for the well-being of their husbands. It is made of rice flour, jaggery, water, grated coconut and cardamom powder.
