Njalbhagam Sleeba MarThoma Church is located at
Kaviyoor,
Pathanamthitta District. A parish was first formed by the Marthomites from Kaviyoor and Kottoor in 1902 at Njalbhagam under the leadership of Adangaprath Yakoob Kathanar. Later the church was built on the Marmala hillock. The foundation stone of the church was laid by Kochiyil Thazathethil Geevarghese Kathanar on 6th August, 1907. The construction work took 2 years for its completion and by January 1909, the church came into being.
The church also has a community hall and a parsonage. The church services include Sunday school, Yuvajana Sakhyam and Edavaka Mission, Sevika Sangam and Choir.
The church can be easily accessed from
Thiruvalla, about 5 km west.
