Nerang Pass, also known as Nerang La, is situated at an altitude above 4,000 m in
Jammu and Kashmir. As this mountain pass is on the
Zangla –
Yulchung trek route, it is an ideal base for trekking. The pass lies on the side of the
Zanskar River and is on the
Zanskar Valley. The region gives a magnificent view of the nearby glaciers. The camping site of
Nerang is near the pass. From here one can have spectacular views of the
Himalayas.
