Nawa is a taluk headquarters located in the eastern part of Nagaur District in Rajasthan. It is around 90 km west of Jaipur, the state capital.
Sambhar Lake, which lies to the south of Nawa, is the main attraction here. The place holds several salt manufacturing units. Marot, a place of great archeological importance, is about 11 km from Nawa.
