Navlakhi Port, an all-weather roadstead port, is situated in the
Gulf of Kutch on the west-coast of India. It is a small peninsula-shaped port situated about 45 km from
Morbi in
Rajkot District. The port lies on marshy deposits, which contains soft silty clay with interbedded sand. Depth of anchorage varies between 9 m and 12.5 m. Private barges empower handling of 10,000 to 15,000 metric ton of cargo per day. Storage facilities are also provided.
By road, Navlakhi is well-connected with Morbi other parts of the state. Maliya Miyana Railway Station is the nearest railhead and Rajkot Airport is the closest airport.
