National University of Juridical Science (NUJS) is located at
Salt Lake City,
Kolkata. The university offers five undergraduate and postgraduate courses in law and related subjects. There are separate hostels for boys and girls. There is a permanent Placement Cell at NUJS to facilitate the summer placement programs. All authoritative books on both Indian as well as international law are available in the library. Over a hundred journals and over twenty foreign publications are subscribed to, covering all the traditional as well as emerging areas of law, social sciences, and allied disciplines. National University of Juridical Science also houses five schools for research study.
