Narh, also known as Nad, is a wind instrument popular in
Rajasthan. This vertical flute is made from desert grass 'Kangore.' It has a long hollow tube. The user whistles the flute along with a song gurgling in his throat or by singing. This results in a haunting effect on the listener.
