Naraina is a historical village located in Karnal District of Haryana. It is about 11 km from Karnal and 5 km from Taraori.
History says that Mohammed Bin Sam was defeated by united Hindu armies under Prithviraj Chauhan, the last Hindu ruler of Delhi. In the following year, Muslim invaders defeated Chauhan and the reign of Rajput supremacy ended.
