Namli




Namli is a place of historical importance located in the Malwa Plateau region of Madhya Pradesh. Situated about 12 km north of Ratlam in Ratlam District, it was an administrative settlement during the reign of the Sanchora Chauhans of Panched.

This place is named after a famed saint, Naamliya Baba who had an ashram there.

Sailana Bird Sanctuary, Sailana Garden and Gadkhange Mata Temple at Bajna and Mahi Dam at Banswara are the places to visit.

Devi Ahilya Bai Holeker Airport and Ratlam Junction Railway Station are the nearest airport and railway station respectively.
