Nallamalai Hills, located in
Andhra Pradesh, forms part of the
Eastern Ghats. It is filled with deep valleys and dry deciduous forests. Its narrow valleys are rich in natural springs and wildlife population. Sikhareswaram is the highest peak in Nallamalai hills which is about 2835 ft high. The
Nagarjunasagar-Srisailam Sanctuary is surrounded by the Nallamalai hills on the southern and eastern sides. Nallamalai is inhabited by the
Chenchu tribes.
