Naduvath Vishnu Temple




Naduvath Vishnu Temple is a divine spot, located near Karakkamandapam, at Melamcode, in Thiruvananthapuram District of Kerala. This temple is the abode of Lord Vishnu, one among the trinities in Hindu mythology. It is believed that one can accomplish all one's desires by worshipping Naduvath Vishnu.

Separate niches are earmarked for the deities of Lord Ganesh and Nagaraja. Garlands with Tulasi leaves and fruits, beaten rice with jaggery and butter are the special offerings.

The annual festival organized in the month of December is celebrated with gaiety and fanfare by the devotees. Vellayani Devi Temple, Nemom Ganapathi Temple and Nemom Sree Mahadeva Temple are in close vicinity.

This temple is located about 14 km from the Trivandrum International Airport. Nemom Railway Station is on the Thiruvananthapuram-Kanyakumari line. Thiruvananthapuram Central Railway Station (7 km) is the major railway station.
