Muzhappilangad

Muzhappilangad, also called Mulappilangad, is situated in Kannur District of Kerala. It is 15 km south of Kannur and 8 km west of Thalassery.

The place is famous for Muzhappilangad Beach, the only drive-in-beach in Kerala. Dharmadam Island lies close to the place. Just 14 km north is Valapattanam.

The closest airport is Calicut Airport, which is 90 km south. Kannur Railway Station and Thalassery Railway Station are the nearest railway stations.
