Museum of Art and Kerala History is situated at
Edappally, 10 km from
Ernakulam on
National Highway 47. The museum displays mainly specimens of Indian contemporary art, paintings and sculptures, over a period of the last two hundred years. Important scenes of
Kerala history are also exhibited here through sculptures. These scenes are narrated with the help of light and sound.
The museum can be visited on a small entrance fee. It is open all days except Mondays and public holidays. Visiting hours is from 10:00 to 17:00 hrs.
