Muktakeshi Kali Temple




Muktakeshi Kali Temple is situated on the western banks of the Hooghly River. This 300 year old temple was built by the Sabarna Roy Choudhury family. The presiding deity of the temple is Goddess Kali.

The famous Dakshineshwar Kali temple is situated opposite to this temple, across the river. Vivekananda Bridge is another nearby attraction.

The nearest airport is Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose International Airport. The Howrah Railway Station is the nearest railway station.
