Mokshakund Teertha




Mokshakund Teertha is a famous pilgrim spot situated in the Bhimashankar village of Pune District, about 265 km from Mumbai. It is associated with the rishi (saint) Kaushika and is located just behind the Bhimashankara Temple. The Sarvateertha, the Kusharanya teertha and the Jyanakund are the other important places of tourist interest situated nearby.

The nearest railway station and airport are at Pune, around 110 km.
