Mohan, a significant village, is located on the left banks of the Sai river, in
Unnao District of
Uttar Pradesh. It is 6 km east of Hasanganj and 38 km northeast of
Unnao.
There is a high mound, which is believed to be the remains of an ancient fort, to the south of the village. At the top of the mound is an old tomb of a Muslim saint.
By road, Mohan is well connected with other places such as Malihabad, Nawabganj and Bangarmau. The nearest railhead is at Ajgain, which is to the southeast. Amausi Airport is the closest airport.
