Mohamadpur is a small town in
Karnal District and is within 12 km from
Karnal and
Uchana. It lies in the eastern part of the district and is on the left bank of the
Yamuna River.
Dhamtan Sahib, the tomb of the Sufi Saint Hazrat Gaibi Sahib and Karna Tank are some interesting sites within a short distance from the town. Chakravarty Lake, a tourist resort, offers accommodation facilities.
Nearest airport is Indira Gandhi International Airport. Uchana Railway Station, on the New Delhi-Batinda line, is the closest railway station.
