Mizoram State Museum is located in the center of the town of
Aizawl. This small, but interesting museum gives a good insight into
Mizo traditions, culture and history. The museum has a separate gallery displaying the tribal textiles of
Mizoram. Exhibits include a variety of rare objects. A grand collection of weapons, musical instruments, woodcraft and utensils is also on display.
Mizoram State Museum is closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
