Mira Temple




Mira Temple is an ancient shrine situated at Ahar in Udaipur District of Rajasthan. Ahar is situated 2 km east of Udaipur.

This beautiful temple is believed to have been built in the 10th century, in contemporary with the Nagda Temples. The architecture and design of the temple resembles the Ambika temple at Jagat.

A tenth century metal figure of Buddha is seen near the temple.
