Middle Strait, also known as Andaman Strait, is located between Baratang and South Andaman in Andaman and Nicobar Islands. It is about 52 km from Chidiyatapu, an ideal picnic spot. The strait is connected by road from Jirkatang on the South Andaman-Baratang route. Middle Strait is accessible by ferries from Port Blair in Andaman District.
