Meerut Bus Station is situated in the heart of the city of Meerut. National Highway 58 passes through Meerut.
Uttar Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation (UPSRTC) operates buses to all important cities in Uttar Pradesh as well as to all major cities in Delhi and Uttaranchal from Meerut. Frequent buses are available to Baghpat, Ghaziabad, Bijnor and Muzaffarnagar. Transport corporations of neighboring states run regular services to and from the city. The station also operates limited services to all tourist places and major destinations in the district.
Chandi Devi Temple, Mansa Devi Temple, Suraj Kund and Hastinapur Teerth are places worth visiting in and around the city. Hotel Crystal Palace and Hotel Naveen provide lodging facilities near the bus station.
