Mastuana is situated at a distance of six km west of
Sangrur on the Sangrur-
Barnala road. This area is closely associated with Sant Atar Singh, a pious man of Chima, who constructed Gurdwara Gur Sagar and a tank here.
A high school and a degree college have also been functioning here.
Every year, a big fair called 'Jor Mela Mastuana Sahib is celebrated here for 3 days on 29, 30 and 31 January.
Sangrur Railway Station serves this area.
