Anna University, Mariana Engineering College is a Christian minority institution situated opposite the Hyundai Car Company on the
Chennai-
Bangalore Highway. Established in 2001-2002, the college is run by Chartian Educational and Health Trust. Undergraduate courses in Electronics and Communication Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering and Mechanical Engineering branches are offered. Highlights of the institute include separate hostel facilities for boys and girls, canteen, gymnasium and facilities for sports. The institute also provides placement assistance to the final year students. The curriculum involves extra and co-curricular activities to develop the skills of the students.
