Mankar

Mankar is a beautiful village located in Bardhaman District of West Bengal. It is believed that it was one of the hide-outs of Pandavas during their Agyatbasa (exile). An ancient temple with idols of the Pandavas stands as a testimony to this fact.

Besides, Mankar is also famous for three temples dedicated to Lord Shiva.
