Imphal, Manipur State Bal Bhavan is a recreational-cum-educational center. It is an affiliated society of National Bal Bhavan Society India,
New Delhi.
Bal Bhavan was started in 1989 at Khuman Lampak with an objective to promote the creativity of backward children in the age group of 6 to 16. Training in performing arts such as music and dance, and creative arts like painting, clay modeling, crafts and science related activities including computer classes are provided. Apart from regular activities, a number of period based activities such as summer and winter camps, national integration camp and young environmentalist camp are organized.
Manipur State Bal Bhavan has a doll museum and a library. The nearest railway station is Dimapur Railway Station.
